I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location was super convenient for checking out nearby restaurants and the Paycom Center, but I faced several issues with the room and service. While I appreciated the friendly staff at check-in, the amenities and dining options didn't quite meet the mark for the price.

Rooms
6.0
My room had a musty smell, and the air conditioning was pretty inadequate. The bed had a distinct dip in the middle, making it uncomfortable. I also noticed a lack of basic amenities like a microwave and luggage rack.
Service
6.0
The staff was friendly and helpful overall, particularly at check-in. But when I needed assistance with the valet, it felt like they were more preoccupied with their phones than helping guests.
Location
8.0
The location was a huge plus, just a quick walk away from the Paycom arena, which made it easy to catch a game.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was kind of overpriced for what we got, and I noticed the area wasn't the cleanest. On the plus side, the food was decent, though we had to find the person making omelets.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities like valet parking were hit or miss; I had to chase down my car a few times. The hotel had a nice bar area, but noise issues from the pool maintenance were distracting.

My stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown was pleasant overall. The location is unbeatable, being right next to the Paycom Arena and just a short walk from Bricktown. The room was spacious and clean, though I did notice that the walls were a bit thin, allowing some outside noise in. The breakfast options were nice but a bit pricey for my taste.

I had a great time at the Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown, especially because of its excellent location close to the Chesapeake and Cox Convention Center. However, the hotel did show some wear and tear, like a worn chair in my room and some issues with cleanliness. Overall, it was a solid choice for my stay, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Rooms

My room was comfortable and clean, but it did have some older furniture showing wear. Plus, I found it a bit cramped for the rate I paid. The bed had a noticeable dip, which wasn't ideal for sleeping.
Service

The hotel had decent facilities, but I wish the parking situation was better. Paying extra for parking and then having to walk to the garage was a hassle.
